Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms govern the use of Botti, a service operated by AHB GmbH, TODO Street 1, TODO TODO, Switzerland ("we", "us"). They form a contract between us and the business that signs up ("you").

1. Who Botti is for

Botti is for businesses. By signing up, you confirm that you act for a business, not as a consumer, and that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The service

Botti imports the reviews of your Google Business Profile locations, drafts replies with the help of AI, publishes the replies you approve or your rules allow, and reports on your ratings. The features included depend on your plan, as described on our website when you subscribe.

We keep improving Botti. We may change or remove features, as long as the core service you pay for stays available.

3. Your account and Google connection

  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You may only connect Google Business Profiles you are authorised to manage.
  • Keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by the users you invite.
  • Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free trial

New accounts get a free 14-day trial. No payment details are needed. The trial ends automatically; to keep using Botti, you choose a plan. If you do not, we delete the trial account's data within 30 days.

5. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding VAT, as shown on our website when you subscribe.
  • You pay in advance, monthly or yearly. The yearly price includes two months free.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
  • If a payment fails and remains unpaid 14 days after a reminder, we may suspend your account until it is paid.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.

6. Term and cancellation

  • Your subscription renews automatically for the same period (month or year) until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods.
  • We may terminate with 30 days' notice. If we do, we refund any prepaid fees for the period after termination.
  • Either party may terminate immediately for a serious breach, for example non-payment, misuse of the service, or breaking the law.
  • After termination, you can export your data for 30 days. We then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it (see the privacy policy).

7. Replies published in your name

  • You are responsible for the replies published on your profiles, whether you publish them yourself or through rules you set in Botti, such as auto-publishing.
  • Drafts are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Review them, and set your rules with that in mind.
  • Replies must be lawful and comply with Google's policies. Do not use Botti to publish content that is defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, or that reveals other people's personal data.
  • We may block a reply or suspend auto-publishing if we have good reason to believe it breaks the law or these terms.

8. Google and other platforms

Botti depends on Google's Business Profile API. Google may change, limit or suspend access, or suspend a profile, at any time and outside our control. We are not responsible for such changes, but we will tell you about any that significantly affect the service. You must also comply with Google's own terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Botti available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may interrupt it for maintenance, preferably outside Swiss business hours and with notice where possible.

10. Your data

  • Your data stays yours. You give us the right to use it only as needed to provide Botti to you.
  • How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
  • For personal data in reviews that we process on your behalf, the data processing agreement applies and is part of these terms.

11. Our rights

Botti — its software, design and brand — belongs to AHB GmbH. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or overload the service, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

12. Liability

  • We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost data that you could have exported, or damage caused by replies published on your profiles.
  • In all other cases, our total liability per year is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event causing the damage.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before changes that affect you take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; otherwise, the new terms apply.

14. Final provisions

  • These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  • The courts at the registered office of AHB GmbH have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • If a provision is invalid, the rest remains valid; the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.
  • If the language versions of these terms differ, the English version prevails.
